Supporting you | to make a difference
Our staff are the backbone of Hope Christian College. They draw on their wisdom, experience and talent to help our students achieve their full potential. The College supports its staff in many ways:
Leadership
We believe that teachers should be able to use their expertise to educate, and not spend the majority of class time managing behaviour. Our Principal and Deputy Principals maintain firm standards of behaviour and high expectations for students, which supports you in creating an effective classroom.
Collaboration
Being a small school, our staff have the unique opportunity to work closely across departments and year levels regularly. Our teaching staff are supportive, collegial and professional – an environment where staff encourage and build each other up.
Dedication
As we are a non-denominational school, we ask that our staff support the Christian ethos of the College. This involves respect for people of all faiths. Our school’s culture is centred around Christian values and we promote a Christian worldview.
Current Vacancies
We pride ourselves on our small class sizes, excellent student behaviour management, and strong, respectful relationships with parents and the wider community. At Hope Christian College, teachers are truly able to focus on their passion: teaching.
We do not have any current vacancies, however, we welcome Expressions of Interest as indicated below.
