The school aims to give students an understanding of the past and the present which will enable them to respond to the future with clear purpose and flexibility, and with integrity of character.
Teaching is a role which fulfils a special role in God’s Creation. By fulfilling the responsibilities of their calling teachers give glory to God by their daily work. It is a special calling through which young persons are prepared for a productive and creative contribution to life. The daily life of the school must be modelled on the principles outlined in Romans 12:14, Bless those who persecute you; bless and do not curse.
The schooling of children can be greatly enriched when parents play an active role in the educative process. Therefore the school will attempt to involve parents actively where this is possible and will provide opportunities for frequent consultation on issues relating to individual students, and to the development of the school.
